International Society of Barristers
David Maring, senior partner in Maring Williams Law Office, is a member of the International Society of Barristers, having been invited to join the organization in 1996. Dave has served as the Membership Chair for the State of North Dakota and as the President of the International Society of Barristers Foundation. Daniel Dunn was inducted into the International Society of Barristers in 2014.
The International Society of Barristers is an organization of trial attorneys from several different countries, including the United States. Membership is by invitation, only, after a thorough screening process that considers the trial skill of the lawyer and the professionalism of the lawyer as assessed by other trial lawyers and judges. Membership is limited to 750 lawyers from those countries considered to be outstanding litigators who practice with civility and professionalism.
Maring Williams Law Office has offices in Fargo and Bismarck, North Dakota and Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. The firm handles cases involving personal injuries caused by motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, unsafe products, construction site mishaps, oil rig worker accidents, and a variety of other cases which have resulted in catastrophic personal injury or death. All of the lawyers at Maring Williams are civil litigators. Their combined experience in the field of civil litigation exceeds 150 years.
