Kellen B. Bubach
About
Kellen Bubach joined the Maring Williams Law Office in 2020 to focus on helping people who have been injured or who have lost a loved one in an accident or as a result of medical malpractice. Kellen serves on the State Bar Association of North Dakota’s (SBAND) Joint Procedure Committee. Kellen is licensed to practice law in North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska. Following law school, Kellen began his legal career at the Finley Law Firm in Des Moines, Iowa, where he practiced for over eight years, primarily handling the defense of complex professional negligence cases.
Kellen grew up in West Fargo, North Dakota and graduated from West Fargo High School. He attended Jamestown College where he competed on the men’s basketball team and graduated cum laude with a double major in Biology and Liberal Arts Business Studies, with a minor in chemistry. At Jamestown College, Kellen was a National Athletic Intercollegiate Association National Scholar Athlete and received the Kennedy S. Wanner Award, awarded annually to an outstanding student-athlete.
Kellen then attended the University of Iowa College of Law in Iowa City, Iowa, graduating with distinction in 2011. While in law school, Kellen served as the Administrative Editor of the Journal of Corporation Law, competed in the Moot Court Competition, and served as a student judge for the appellate advocacy program.
Kellen, his wife, and their two children live in West Fargo. In his time away from the office, Kellen enjoys spending time with his family and friends, being involved in the community, and staying active playing sports. He combines these passions by serving on the board of the Metro Area Tournament Committee, which coordinates and promotes sports competitions and tournaments for children in the region.
